I understand that the recordings and images collected may be used for marketing purposes only.
I authorise 'Pumicestone Tri Sports Club' and persons associated with the club to use images of myself / my child on its website, social medial streams and printed promotional materials without further consideration and I acknowledge 'Pumicestone Tri Sports Clubs' right to treat the media (such as cropping and editing) at its discretion.
I acknowledge that 'Pumicestone Tri Sports Club may choose to use my media image or video at this time, but also may do so at a later date.
I understand that once my / my childs image is posted on the 'Pumicestone Tri Sports Club' Website or social media streams, that there is always a risk that the image may be downloaded by a third party. I agree that I will not hold 'Pumicestone Tri Sports Club' or its representatives responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorised reproduction.
